Reviews
Not but. The reception at main lobby from parking lot is far with some starecases. It's difficult to access by wheelchair. The visitors have to access the reception from other entrance. Before arriving the hotel the visitors have to contact the hotel how to access the other entrance.
Great place for traditional Japanese hot spa and Kotobukitei provide a very good services to all customers. My package included unlimited using of public spa, dinner and breakfast and on top included a free session of private spa as well. Therefore, its a very good value of package.
Friendly staffs, good food and clean neat room. Staffs are general quite young and energetic. Will be back for another visit for sure

Nice place and services!
A very beautiful hotel in mountain with traditional Japanese garden and food.
Wonderful service and foods.
It was my first time at Yunoyama Onsen, and it was very nice. The plan included a circulation bath using hot spring water in the guest room, and a private bath for 60 minutes. Dinner was served in the room, and the chef's attention to detail made it very enjoyable and delicious. Breakfast was buffet style, but I was relieved that it wasn't too crowded. The only thing that bothered me was that it was an old-fashioned inn, so there were a lot of stairs and steps, so it might be difficult for elderly people. It was a great help to be able to pick up and drop off from Yunoyama Onsen Station. Mr. Nakai is kind, and for some reason all of the staff are beautiful and the staff are pleasant. The bathing tax was 150 yen per person, and you could use PayPal at the souvenir shop.
